I am descended from the Spences (MacDuff)of the Orkney Islands.
My cousin and I are searching for relations, and I would like to know, are Spences and Sinclairs kinsmen?
It would seem that both have lived for some time on the same Island.
The men in our family have a long history of Freemasonry. My cousin found that our ancestors were also Knights Templar.
I would be grateful to receive an informed reply.
