Patti, you may have given me some info. in an email but I do not work from
emails. I have had over 2,000 in the past year and it would be totally
impossible so I only enter material that is submitted to me on family group
sheets. Once I type it in the Archive format, I send a copy for the
submitter to proofread, add to, or delete info. I find that fewer errors
are made this way.
Did you get a copy of my book SINKLER-SINCLAIR-ST. CLAIR UPDATE 1997?
It gives an index to my Archives and you would not understand the
information I was talking about unless you were familiar with the families
in Maryland and Pennsylvania. You can read about it at my website:

Several of my subscribers have sent me books on the early trappers and I
have found them to be fascinating and an area I am totally unfamiliar with.
I don't think I have read one about the Nidevers though.
When I mail your pages back to be proofread, I will give you the
possibilities for the parents of Charles, I. I had hoped he would be a
younger son of my Alexander of Stafford County, VA but am beginning to
think he may have been a nephew instead.
