You're right, it is the Charles Sinclair of Sinclair Bottom, VA family. I have
spoken to Jean G. extensively. She both given me information and proven many
of the people we thought were in our family.
I still think the Sinclairs in Arkansas territory and in early Texas pioneer
days were related, just wish we could find that link.
