To John,
Here are the dates I know:
John Sinclair, born Orig, Caithness area 16 September 1843. He arrived
in Lyttelton New Zealand on board the Lancshire Witch in about 1863. He
was a carpenter by trade and there is masses of history left behind in
New Zealand on him. Married Magaret Rose
also from Caithness, they married in New Zealand Jan 1870.
His parents and siblings followed him out to New Zealand and lived at a
place called Loburn, but I don't know thier names.
William Sinclair, born 1822 or there abouts, Lybster, Wick Caithness.
He had a brother John also. He is my great great great grandfather.He
arrived in New Zealand by the early 1840's.

Could my William be a child of any of them prehaps?
