Interesting about your Ester that she was disinherited for running away with
coachman. I know of a Margaret McQuiliken 1805-1868 who also was disinherited
for the same game. I came across her in my Sinclair search of Kilmartin
Scotland immigrants who came to Middlesex Cty in Ontario in 1820's. She
married a McLean. Any indication of common names? It would help nail down
region of origin in Scotland.
