Are you looking for accommodations for the Sept 18-20, Highland Games in
Lincoln, NH (Loon Mt.)?
Last night, I called the Nordic Inn to check on the reservation I made
back in March. After being reassured that I still had a reservation,
the woman I spoke to, Vonni, told me that the Nordic Inn was 100%
booked, but if I knew of anyone looking for lodging, she had a personal
recommendation.
She lives at Greyhill Condominium's right on the Lincoln/Woodstock line
- exit 31 off Rt. 93 (about 7 miles from the Games, which is located at
exit 32). She said there were still some four bedroom units available
(she did not give me a price). For information, call Greyhill Condo's
at 1-800-260-0457. Ask for Bob Gianci and tell him "Vonni sent you".
I have not seen the condo's, so I can not give a personal
recommendation, but if you are still looking, this is probably a good
bet.
