I have recently discovered a family link to Sir James Sinclair of Mey,
Bart, through his daughter Margaret who was born ca 1767 in Scotland.
Would anybody have any information on this Sinclair? Does anyone have
access to a relevant edition of Burke's Peerage, or similar publicaton?
