Sinclair Web sites?

    In the blue covered booklet "Sinclair Symposium Narratives"  there web 
sites at the bottom of the references on pp. 50 and 69.  I have tried those, 
with not success.  Does anyone know anything about them?  If they still 
exist, would appreciate any up date on their Web address.  Thanks, Cousins.
