Newport Tower

I've pulled together a page about Newport Tower, aka The Old Mill:

This has inline the material from Pete Cummings that was linked into

The new URL also has links to some other material, including pictures
of the Tower, and bibliographies on the various theories of its origin
(Vikings, Portuguese, Colonial, Benedict Arnold, etc.).
