new items in the web pages

Here is a brief update on new items in the web pages.
All of them may be found by looking under New in

 http://www.mids.org/sinclair/

The new items in the past week are:

I've straightened up the Teba material somewhat, by moving the parts
that are specific to John Sinclair who died at Teba to a page for him;
it consists mostly of Niven's writeup about him.

Laurel sent some updated material about the Battle of Teba itself;
it is in a page on that subject now.

Sinclair de la Behottiere sent a concise summary of the Earls of
Orkney, which is in a page for them. Information keeps collecting
about Earl William, builder of Rosslyn Chapel, so he finally has his
own page, which I'm sure accumulate additions. Sinclair de la
Behottiere also sent some material about Oliver Sinclair of Pitcairns
who died at Solway Moss, and he now has his own page, which explains
among other things that he was related to the Earls of Orkney.

Niven's book review of Tracking Treasure by William S. Crooker
is in the books page.

And Iain Laird has sent some pictures of pictures of Pillarguri Days in Norway
to go with his previous description of the event.

Those of you who have sent in material that hasn't appeared in the web
pages yet, don't despair; I'll get to it as time permits. Thanks to all
of you who have sent compliments.

The vast majority of the material in these web pages has been sent in by
various Sinclairs and others all over the world, many of them through
the Sinclair discussion list,

And remember: these web pages were never intended to be the only
Sinclair web pages. They are more of an overview that should over time
increasingly use links into other pages elsewhere. Send in URLs for
your own web pages; I will add links to them.
