I will and have been responding to those who
post messages for Sinclairs living in the Southern US states.  I have been
compiling for 6 years now, and have a large database.  If there is anyone
out there who would like to contact me, please e-mail me at zoo@slkc.uswest.net.

Karen Matheson
     Ray,
  >Dear Laurel:  I have felt
badly that so many cousins have come to our >table and don't even get
a nibble.  One thing that might help is to >place a squib on our
menu for first-time users "Please give all the >information you
have; names, dates, places, known in the family
    or >inferred".
Such a note now appears in http://www.mids.org/sinclair/list.html immediately
above the space for posting a message.
  Probably in Paul's guestbook
webpage would be another good place for such a note.
  >I have
and will continue to respond to all of those which mention >Caithness,
Edinburgh, Shetland (because of my work with my pen pal in >Western
Australia), Nashville and California.  My closely
related >Sinclairs came to Los Angeles in 1906.
  You're an
    example to us all.
