You asked about a Pennsylvania expert on Sinclair lines (all spellings ) .

I personally don't know of any -- BUT ---

Any comprehensive study would have to include not only Pennsylvania , but of
necessity Delaware (once the three lower counties of Pensyvania ) and Maryland
.

For those not familiar with the area , you can be in the three states with a
twelve mile drive !

Also , the point of USA origin for most of those lines would have been the
Ports of the Delaware River / Bay (Wilmington , Chester , Philadelphia , New
Castle , etc.) and those on the Chesapeake Bay (Baltimore , Elkton , Norfolk ,
etc, ) ,

There are many other reasons why those areas must be viewed as one -- the "
fall line " and their grain , flour and textile mills ; the " Main Line "
railroads ; and the early roads that followed the Indian trails that led from
the summer fishing and shellfish camps to the winter hunting camps in the
interior  ;  etc.

The Church/ Meetings in the area often were subordinate to a Meeting or bishop
in another area and a search of those records will find one looking in all
three states .

I have spelled out the State names so that our cousins not in the USA will be
better able to follow this outline .
