Could your JOHN Sinclair be the brother to my g-grandfather Alexander
Sinclair?  His brother John was born Sept. 13, 1870 in South Ronaldsay.
Parents of Alexander are Robert Sinclair and Mary Sutherland Allan.  Robert's
parents were James Sinclair and Barbra Groat who were married in Sandwich Jan.
2, 1816.  If not a broter, perhaps he is a cousin of our Alex.  The naming
patterns are similar.   Let me know if you want more info.
