I have been told that Arthur St. Clair is my Great-great-great-great-great Grandfather.  I know that my grandfather was born in Mercer County, West Virginia.  His name was John Medow St. Clair and his father's name was James Medow St. Clair.  I need any information that can be given that will help trace farther back on family tree.  I know that there is a lot of St. Clairs that are related to me through my Grandfather in and around Christanburg, Montogomery County Virginia.  I will appreaciate any help I can get.
