St. Clair in VA

Does anyone know who James & Elizabeth St. Clair who were living in Wyoming
County, (W)VA in 1860 were?  James is given age 65 (b. ca 1795) and
Elizabeth age 64 (b. ca 1796).

Any information on this family?  Parents of James?  Children they had?
Where did they originate (Bedford Co. VA perhaps)?  Where did they go?

I'd really appreciate any help on this.
