Virginia Sinclairs

Is there a descendant of the Virginia Sinclairs who has access to the
Spraccio abstracts?  There is a record of an Edmond Sinclair arriving in
Westmoreland County in 1656 whose age would be very helpful.  There is
also an Archibald Sinclair arriving in either Surry or New Kent County
around that same time whose age would also be helpful.
