Wonderfully and clearly done!   When people come to grips with these
medieval customs for the first time, it is natural to look at them through
our modernity  -- how could it be otherwise?   A king of England claiming to
be the King of France is an uns olvable  conundrum  unless you have JSQ on
Ta for now.
