    Thank you for your message about Tartan Day at the U.S. Capitol. You mean 
that the Tartan Day service was the day before the National Day?

    We would appreciate more details on the Service, if you have time to 
share your experience with us.

    Our service in Indiana at the State House Rotunda is on Fri. at noon.
