The way to uns ubscribe is on each and every message that you receive from
the list such as at the bottom of this one.
It is all a bit overwhelming when you are not used to getting all this mail
that you feel you have to do something about --- the deal is only talk/read
the ones that interest you --- no one will hold it against you.
By all means uns ubscribe now  -- delighted to have had you with us even the
short spell that you could be comfortable.
