I did send some information about Sinclairs (who discovered gold at a
place called Norseman which is south of Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie in
Western Australia) to Milamba who will be able to let you have more
details as I didn't keep a copy.

The Mining Registrars' Offices in the different Districts would be able to
provide the names of all those who registered claims within their particular
areas.

You might be able to trace your Donald Sinclair in this way although, as
we have seen from the Sinclair Discussion List, Donald is quite a common
name with the Sinclairs.
