States.+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-When the franc was in danger of collapsing in 1956,
it was the+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-Americans+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-who propped it up, and their
reward was to be insulted and swindled on+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-the streets of
Paris. I was there. I saw it.+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADsAPA-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADsAIg-When
earthquakes hit distant cities, it is the United States that+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-
+ACY-gt+ADs-hurries in to help. This spring, 59 American communities were+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs-
+ACY-gt+ADs-flattened+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-by tornadoes. Nobody helped. The Marshall Plan
and the Truman Policy+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-pumped billions of dollars into
discouraged countries. Now newspapers+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-in+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-those
countries are writing about the decadent, war-mongering+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs-

United States dollar build its own airplane. Does any+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-other
country in the world have a plane to equal the Boeing Jumbo Jet,+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-
+ACY-gt+ADs-the Lockheed Tri-Star, or the Douglas DC-10? If so, why don't they
fly+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-them? Why do all the Inter- national Airlines except
Russia fly+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-American+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-planes? Why does no other
land on earth even consider putting a man or+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-woman on the
moon?+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADsAPA-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADsAIg-You talk about Japanese technocracy,
and you get radios. You talk+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-about+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-German
technocracy, and you get automobiles. You talk about American+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-
+ACY-gt+ADs-technocracy, and you find men on the moon-not once, but several
times+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs--- and safely home again.+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADsAPA-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs-
+ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADsAIg-You talk about scandals, and the Americans put theirs right in
the+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-store+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-window for everybody to look at. Even
their draft-dodgers are not+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-pursued+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-and hounded.
They are here on our streets, and most of them, unless+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs-
+ACY-gt+ADs-they+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-are breaking Canadian laws, are getting American
dollars from ma and+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-pa+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-at home to spend

and the New York Central went broke, nobody loaned them an+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs-

trouble. Can you name+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-me+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-even one time when
someone else raced to the Americans in trouble? I+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-don't think
there was outside help even during the San Francisco+ADw-BR+AD4AJg-gt+ADs- +ACY-gt+ADs-
