RE: Rosslyn, Virginia

Happy New Year cousins!
I seem to remember that Rosslyn means place near
a glen from reading about our Rosslyn.

Does that describe the place?

Best wishes for 2000!

Learned Cousins,
My son recently moved to Alexandria, Virginia and works in an area called
Rosslyn!
Thoughts of the association of George Washington with the Masons spring to
mind, but does anyone know how this small town across the river from
Georgetown, got it's name?
