No Mail

Has the Halloween Ghost struck the mailing list, I have only received
one mail over the past week.  I did not even receive a mailing I sent as
a default, I am aware that the I.S.P. sometimes blocks mail if scamming
is suspected. Am I the only one or are others experiencing the problem?
