Harry was the president of Sinclair and White later Sinclair Oil he was born
in wheeling West Va he met Lenin promised the Soviet Gov't financing and was
quite  colourful 20 years ago a book was written about him "Oil Barons" I
think was the name.  He found oil fist in Kansas and the Texas
