Thank you - I will.  I need to hire a researcher to go into the court
records so will wait and see what the genealogical society comes up with. 
Will keep your email.  Where do you live?  My ancestor's nephews settled
early in Jackson County and Charles of Sinclair's sons went to present day
Madison County.
