As yet, Rory Sinclair is not on the internet, but I do keep nagging him.  I suggest phoning him.  

Art, if you know the  other people who are interested in getting the book, I might suggest ordering them all together, then distributing them. We might save poor Rory a lot of trips to the post office!  Just a suggestion.
