To Whom it May Concern
I have a list of the Marriages in Highland Co, Ohio from 1806 thru 1880.
I can send you a copy if you let me know. Is there anyone out there that
has Roots in either Highland, Adams or Scioto Countys of Ohio 1800-1865.
I am trying to build a picture of all the Sinclair's etc that lived in
those counties for the period 1800-1865. I just found out that my
missing Thomas Ives St Clair got married in Highland Co not Scioto Co.
Now all I have to do is find his Parents or Relatives.
